InQpharm offers an unconditional, customer satisfaction guarantee for products purchased and received within the previous 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If your shipment arrived damaged, please contact the carrier that delivered the product to your door. For your convenience, links for reporting damage to the following carriers are noted below.

To be eligible for a refund, you may be asked to either keep or return the unused portion of your order. We will ask you a few questions about the return to decide whether or not the product needs to be returned.
Any return is initiated by calling 1-888-345-1748 or emailing customer service at email@example.com
Gift cards are non-returnable.
If you need to return your product, a customer service representative will email you a return label.
Shipping costs from the original delivery are non-refundable and the cost of shipping the return will be paid by the customer.
Your returned items will be inspected when received and you will receive an email notifying you that your returned item has been received. If you do not receive this email within 7 days of sending in your return, please call customer service to confirm receipt at 888-345-1748.
After product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, normally within 7 business days.
Your banking institution may release the funds right away or may hold the funds for up to 10 business days. We have no control over the length of time your banking institution holds funds.
If you haven’t received a refund within 17 business days of receiving an email indicating we received your return product, first check with your bank to see if they have received the funds.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Note that some purchases made through PayPal are credited back to PayPal, not to your bank account.

Depending upon your reason for returning the product, your customer service agent may send you a new product to replace your previous shipment. Please note that, depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you varies from 3–10 days.
