Amazon Customers

If you ordered I-REMOVE through Amazon, please follow the Amazon return procedures. First, log in to your account. Click on “Your Orders” and find the order that contains I-REMOVE. Next, click on the “Return or Replace items” button. Choose your reason for the return and add any additional comments. (Please note Amazon’s return deadline at the bottom of the screen.) Decide whether you would like a replacement or refund. You will need to print the return shipping label and packing slip. Finally, take your package and the printed label and slip to the nearest drop off location.

Walgreens Customers

If you ordered I-REMOVE through Walgreens.com, please follow Walgreen’s return policies. You are welcome to take the product back to your local Walgreens store with your receipt, or you can mail the I-REMOVE back in its original packaging with the original receipt to the Walgreens returns center. Please make sure to circle I-REMOVE on the receipt so that the Customer Service department processes the return correctly.

Visit www.walgreens.com/returnlabel for a prepaid return label. You will be prompted to include all the relevant information including the reason for the return. Once you have printed the label, please drop it off at your nearest Post Office or postal carrier. Note: you will want to keep a record of the tracking number in case you need to speak with Walgreens Customer Service. Please allow 30 days for the return to be complete.
