If you ordered I-REMOVE through Amazon, please follow the Amazon return procedures. First, log in to your account. Click on “Your Orders” and find the order that contains I-REMOVE. Next, click on the “Return or Replace items” button. Choose your reason for the return and add any additional comments. (Please note Amazon’s return deadline at the bottom of the screen.) Decide whether you would like a replacement or refund. You will need to print the return shipping label and packing slip. Finally, take your package and the printed label and slip to the nearest drop off location.
