I sat down to write a post addressing some of the most common questions asked by people new to taking I-REMOVE. After stewing for a bit, I realized there are two awesome experts right here that speak to product users, and answer their questions all day. So why am I even attempting to write this myself? I got smart. And I cornered the experts. It was such a great idea that we’ve decided to make it a regular series. I now present…

Can I eat normal food and still lose weight while taking I-REMOVE?

Sierra
Ah, this is easily one of the most common questions new customers have. The answer is to this question is yes, you can eat normal food! I-REMOVE is a fat binder that can help you absorb up to 28% less of the fat in foods you eat. It gives you an added weight loss boost, if you use it in conjunction with a healthier diet. We recommend that you decrease the amount of calories you’re eating, but in general, stick with the types of foods you normally eat. That way, you’re not making too many changes at once, and you’ll be able to sustain the changes long term. The great thing about I-REMOVE is that it’s not tied any specific diet – we’re not telling you to never eat carbs or sugar or fatty foods. You don’t have to buy special pre-packaged foods, unless you want to. You decide on a style of eating that works for you, taking into account your body chemistry, lifestyle, family, personal preferences and any other factors that apply. Adding I-REMOVE into the mix just makes what you’re doing more effective.

So, what you’re saying is…I can still have dessert/wine/burgers and fries with I-REMOVE? At least I really hope that’s what you’re saying!
Amber
Hey  everything in moderation, right? Joking aside, this is what we were touching on earlier. You can eat the food you love and still lose weight as long as your overall caloric intake is reasonable. Eat that burger and side of fries occasionally. Just remember to take your I-REMOVE afterward. And consider reducing the amount of calories you eat at other meals that day, to make up for your splurge. As long as you are eating healthier and reducing your calories as an overall pattern, I-REMOVE can be effective for you.

Thanks so much, ladies! I’m sure I’ll have more questions next time. Looking forward to
talking again soon.
